I purchased the shirt XL. I'm 5'1" 180lb so short and chunky. Covers the booty and just feels good on the body. This one is a winner.

It's a nice top, fits well. I'm a size 8, ordered Medium. For a looser fit you could get a large and be fine. I'm larger chest 38-D so it's just a little tighter in the chest area but not extremely.
